Summary: Great staff and breakfast. Very clean and well located. Only reason I didn't give 5 star rating was because room didn't have any temperature control and promised fan wasn't delivered.

Summary: The room was clean and the staff were helpful, but the connection to turn on the shower came off in my hand. Also there was no air in the room - no AC and you couldn’t open the window. The doors of the Metropol don’t open but you enter through the hotel next door. I had to call to find that out. The gentleman who answered the phone then came out to find me and brought my luggage up the stairs to the entrance.

Summary: We were only staying one night and chose it because of proximity to both train station and airport bus stop - less than 5 minutes walk. The hotel entrance is shared with another hotel so not immediately obvious. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast had all the usual options.
